Creating a chapter

Create a chapter by entering the chapter title below. It may be easier to instead go to the desired Section page, where there will be a text input that makes appending a new chapter easier.

You'll need to add a section and a chapter number for the new chapter. Here is a list of existing chapters, with the sections they belong to:
